These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.wilderlemon.co.uk and to orders placed with Wilder Lemon. Please read these terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.
By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer law.

2. Who may use the website and place an order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
Products are currently offered for delivery only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when placing an order is complete, current and accurate.
3. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and operating correctly. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
We may suspend, restrict or change part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service improvements.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product titles, descriptions, images, prices, personalisation options and availability information are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials and the individual nature of personalised products. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please read the complete product page, including the description and personalisation instructions, before placing an order.
5. Personalised products
Many Wilder Lemon products are created using personalisation information submitted by the customer.
You are responsible for entering complete and accurate personalisation information. Before submitting your order, check all:
- names;
- wording;
- dates;
- weights;
- numbers;
- spelling;
- capitalisation; and
- other design instructions.
We will use the information submitted with your order. Contact us immediately if you need to request a correction. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made after production has started.
You must be authorised to provide any personal information relating to another person. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or otherwise reasonably inappropriate.
We may refuse personalisation content where it would be unlawful, infringe another person's rights or be reasonably inappropriate. If this happens, we will contact you about the available options.
6. Placing an order
Products displayed on the website are an invitation to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer by us.
When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these terms.
After submitting an order, you should receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
7. Contract formation
A contract between you and Beautifully Handmade Limited is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation, unless we clearly notify you otherwise.
The contract relates only to the products confirmed in the order confirmation.
Please check the order confirmation and contact us promptly if any information appears incorrect.
8. When we may decline or cancel an order
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment is not authorised;
- a product is unavailable;
- required personalisation information is missing or unclear;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- we cannot deliver to the supplied address;
- the personalisation request is unlawful, infringing or reasonably inappropriate;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity; or
- we are unable to accept the order because of an event outside our reasonable control.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we do not accept, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
9. Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The product price, applicable delivery charge and total amount payable will be displayed before you confirm payment.
We may change product prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error applies.
If a pricing error could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund.
10. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout and the payment provider selected during checkout.
The payment methods displayed in Shopify Checkout for your order are the authoritative list of available payment options.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
Please read our Payment Policy for additional payment information.
11. Product availability
All orders are subject to product and material availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you. Where appropriate, we may offer a suitable alternative or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
We will not substitute a product or materially change a personalised design without your agreement.
12. Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment has been authorised.
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
Processing may take longer if required personalisation information is missing, payment requires additional verification or an event outside our reasonable control causes a delay.
13. Delivery
We currently accept and deliver orders only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Standard UK delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery charges, processing times and further delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has started.
14. Delivery and passing of risk
Goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.
If you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, different legal rules may apply from the time the goods are delivered to that carrier.
Ownership of the goods passes to you after we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered, subject to applicable law.
15. Delivery delays
Delivery may be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, bank holidays, seasonal demand or other events outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to provide an update using the contact information supplied with the order.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
16. Cancellation rights for personalised products
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at enquiries@wilderlemon.co.uk.
If production has not started, we will try to accommodate your request. Once production of a personalised or made-to-specification item has started, a change-of-mind cancellation or amendment may not be possible.
This exception does not affect your legal rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or does not conform to the contract.
17. Cancellation rights for eligible non-personalised products
If you purchase an eligible product that is not personalised or made to your specifications, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
After notifying us of an eligible cancellation, you must normally return the goods within a further 14 days.
Full information about eligibility, return conditions, return costs and refund timing is available in our Return & Refund Policy.
18. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us where required by law.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Where helpful, include clear photographs.
UK consumer law may provide a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days after delivery. After that period, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or final rejection, depending on the circumstances.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy for further information.
19. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires or permits another arrangement.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit after we process it.
Refund eligibility, delivery-charge refunds, return costs and applicable refund periods are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
20. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For information about consumer rights, you may contact Citizens Advice or another appropriate consumer-protection organisation.
21. Intellectual property
The website and its original content, branding, graphics, product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to Beautifully Handmade Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit protected website material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights in its design, artwork, branding or associated website content.
22. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server or another user's information;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;
- interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful information;
- scrape or extract website content in a manner that causes harm or infringes our rights; or
- use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, our rights or legal compliance.
23. Customer accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns or a material breach of these terms.
24. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery tracking services and review or social-media platforms.
Third-party websites and services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party content or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
25. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information.
Our Cookies Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used and how optional cookies can be managed.
26. Our responsibility for loss
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
A loss is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence of the breach or where both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- breach of statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products are supplied for private and domestic use. If you use a product for a commercial or business purpose, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, to the extent permitted by law.
27. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
If such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and contact you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
28. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
29. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30. No waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these terms, that does not waive the right or prevent us from enforcing it later.
31. Third-party rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and Beautifully Handmade Limited has a right to enforce these terms.
32. Governing law and courts
These terms and any contract between you and Beautifully Handmade Limited are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
