Shipping charges are based on the order value as follows: £1.95 for orders from £0.01–£12.00, £3.95 for orders from £12.01–£99.99, and £5.95 for orders of £100.00 and above.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, We only ship to United Kingdom now but in future will look to expand to other countries.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in the United Kingdom may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Do you charge restocking fees?

How long do refunds take?
