Currency and order total

Prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). The product price, applicable delivery charge and total amount payable are shown before you confirm payment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been submitted.

Available payment methods

Our store currently displays the following supported payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Visa.

The options displayed in Shopify Checkout for your order are the authoritative list. Availability can depend on your device, payment provider and eligibility. A method that is not displayed at checkout is not available for that order.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout and the payment provider selected at checkout. Wilder Lemon does not receive or store your complete payment card number. Payment may be subject to authorisation, fraud-prevention checks and any authentication required by your card issuer or payment provider.

Payment confirmation

An order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and an order confirmation has been issued. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order will not be processed. We will never ask you to send a card number, online banking password or security code by email or telephone.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.
